Being qualified to work on Catering Equipment is not enough, your engineer MUST have an in date COMCAT 4 qualification to legally work on Fish and Chip Ranges. A legal engineer will happily show you his Gas Safe ID card and explain how to cross check the information on the Gas Safe Website.
